Returns Policy

At Electric Vault we value your custom and want you to be happy with your purchase.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns and Refunds

We offer 30-calendar days to return your items from the date you received it.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. When your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via your original payment method. 

You will be responsible for paying the return postage costs when returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare occasion that your item arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, we will provide you with a prepaid returns label for the item to be returned to us free of charge.  We will then offer either a replacement or refund via your original payment method.
